Vibratory deburring machine SP800 is a very versatile machine model. This series of models is just like the principle of Tai Chi, combining rigidity and flexibility.The planetary abrasive barrel station that consists of 4 abrasive barrels (2 in clockwise rotation, and 2 in counter-clockwise rotation) will further rounds the edges and the contours. It can easily resolve the difficult to deal with the concave and convex workpieces, and deeply deal with the internal grooves. It can be used to deburr film and galvanized sheet without damage. With vacuum feeding or rotary custom feeding system, it has superior processing efficiency for plates and workpieces of opposite sex. Efficient and clean processing characteristics are suitable for the workpiece to enter the next process such as hemming, surface spraying, welding, etc., eliminating the inefficiency of manual grinding, flying dust, and inconsistent grinding of the workpiece.

3. For carbon steel parts that requires large radius (for example 2 mm radius) on the edges, optional two units 4 abrasive barrel station in a row is available.
